HCM Central Data Migration tool

Data Migration is the pain point for most of the implementation, because in fusion HCM SaaS implementation client won’t get access to database so due to that data migration becomes difficult.  HCM Central Data Migration tool helps you to do data migration easily and efficiently.

Why we need this data migration tool?

  • Fusion data load format is fixed.

  • We can’t create any custom table to hold the legacy system data so conversion of legacy data to fusion format has to be done at source system.

  • We don’t have some of the web services for few entities in fusion so for loading those data we need to take a help of Oracle.

  • Loading of Incremental/Delta is problem in fusion if data is not mapped properly, because what will happen the id created in fusion and id from source system is different and if any mismatch in that data will get failed, so we need to make sure that all id’s in sync and that we need to do at source system
